Your continued use of this site tells us that you have read, understood and agree with the policy below:
Your privacy is critically important to us. At iamviable we have a few fundamental principles:
- We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.
- We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
- We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.
Like most website operators, iamviable collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. iamviable’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how iamviable’s visitors use its website. From time to time, iamviable may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website. iamviable also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. iamviable does not use such information to identify its visitors, however, and does not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to iamviable’s websites choose to interact with iamviable in ways that require iamviable to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that iamviable gathers depends on the nature of the interaction.
iamviablecollects two types of information from it’s users, Public Information and Private Information:
Public information is information that will be generally available to anyone on the Internet. Once submitted, that information can spread and be copied by anyone, anywhere in the world, and quickly becomes beyond the control of iamviable. Such information includes:
– Photographs*** and stories submitted by users.
– Information which ties a specific disability to a person depicted in a story or photograph.
– Prayer requests submitted by users to the Praise/Praise Wall.
– Comments submitted by users.
– Actions take by users to “Like” or “Share” postings or submissions on this website or in the on-line store.
iamviable makes no attempt to prevent the spread of the above information. In fact iamviable may take steps to encourage its spread. Once this information is posted on iamviable, even if a user requests that a submission be removed from iamviable’s servers, that information may still exist in other forms elsewhere on the Internet that are beyond the control of iamviable.
***With today’s technology, certain cameras and cell phones may capture and store information along with the photo image that could be used to help identify those depicted in the photo. This information may include things like: the time, date and GPS location of the photo shoot. It is up to the user to insure that this data is removed prior to uploading. As a secondary check, iamviable’s software also attempts to remove all such metadata as it uploads user photos, however, with the scope of technology options available to the consumer today we cannot guarantee that we will always succeed in removing all data. Please consult your camera or cell phone user’s manual for more information on metadata.
Private information is that information that iamviable collects and may store indefinitely to aide in the operation of it’s website and business. That information includes –
– Names provided by those posting comments, postings, and form submissions.

– Session Cookiess used to maintain login state.

Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using iamviable’s websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. iamviable will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. iamviable takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
